Now an administrator!

I am now an admin on this forum! Here are the things I plan to do.

Remove Avatar Gallery (it had nothing in it) <done>
Introduce reputation (need to discus this with other admin's)
Get drew back onto the site!
Advertise this site on many other sites
Add more smiles
Update the picture on the top of the page (monthly)(need to discuss with drew)
Lock all threads that haven't had a reply for 4+ months
Get the site back up and running!
